The project cost, whichalso is being kept under wraps, will include a $5-million to$7-million investment to clean up a portion of an overgrown andlittered creek that runs through the property.

Vignette officials are scheduled to go before the City CouncilNov. 30 to present the site plan for approval. On Nov. 14, cityplanning commissioners voted unanimously to rezone the five-acresite of the company's proposed expansion at East Cesar ChavezStreet.
