Sunbelt Holdings Investments, owner of Courtyard Apartments, themilitary housing complex, retained Ambling Management, a subsidiaryof locally-based Ambling Cos. Inc. Ambling's one-year contract hasfour one-year options that can be exercised at the Air Force'srequest.

Each apartment will house two student pilots and is equippedwith a private bedroom and study room. The apartments have dailymaid and linen service. Pilots will live in the apartments for anaverage of seven weeks at a time.
