Developer of Upscale Residential Properties Opens Multifamily Property in Woodland Hills

WOODLAND HILLS, CA-PCS Development Inc. has announced the opening of Premiere Hills, an 80-unit, upscale apartment complex in Woodland Hills. This is the first property in the west San Fernando Valley that PCS has added to its portfolio.

Located at 5200 Premiere Hills Dr. in Woodland Hills, the townhouse-style complex is situated on a hilltop, and units have luxury appointments, like marble fireplaces, granite countertops and nine-foot crown-molded ceilings. Amenities include a complete fitness center, swimming pool and spa and fountain.

The complex was built by PCS/Cal-Mor, a construction company formed as a venture between PCS and MiCal, a Los Angles-based real estate company. Joseph Praner, of Praner Design Associates, served as architect for the project.
