Zero to Three, an organization that works to strengthen andsupport families, practitioners and communities to promote thehealthy development of babies and toddlers, is moving from itscurrent headquarters at 734 15th St. to the larger facility.
The organization's headquarters will dominate the new building's28,000 sf second floor, says Schwartz. Its offices will occupy22,000 sf of the new site. Cushman & Wakefield's Washington, DCoffice brokered the lease for an undisclosed amount.
Zero to Three's mission statement describes the group as "thenation's leading resource on the first three years of life." Theorganization's web site address is www.zerotothree.org.
