Mark Terzian Jr. has been appointed managing director of the newpeninsula office, located in Foster City. In addition, Grubb &Ellis have picked up Martin J. Church to serve as senior VP, andErin Carew who will be heading the new Technology Services Group assenior VP. Church brings to the table more than 20 years experiencein sales and leasing, while Carew has spent the last decade inhigh-tech business development.

Collenette sees the recent changes at Grubb & Ellis as beingindicative of the company's desire to specialize in marketsincreasingly driven by what he calls the "knowledge economy." Hewill head up the Oakland office until a permanent appointment ismade.

Daniel Cressman, managing director out of the San Franciscooffice stated, "Our overall strategy is to consolidate Grubb &Ellis' current strengths within Northern California's technologycorridors."
