DALLAS-Kennedy-Wilson Brokerage Services has snagged anexclusive leasing assignment for Parkway Vista, a spec officeproject in Plano.
The 35,000-sf, two-story building will deliver in August 2001.The project, located at 5072 Plano Parkway, is being developed byRealty Capital Corp. The structure is Mediterranean-style andcomplemented by covered parking. The building boasts a flexibledesign so that it can be readily subdivided for multiple tenants orleased to an entity.
