The latest lease comes on the heels of OHM Laboratories' recentpre-leasing of a yet-to-be-built 38,000-sf warehouse on an adjacentsite. OHM is a pharmaceutical company. Wick has also erected thesteel for an 84,825-sf spec warehouse building at BrunsWickIndustrial Center and has received approvals for nearly 18,000 sfof flex space. Plans are also in the works to build a 248,000-sfwarehouse/distribution facility, with construction expected tostart next year.
