Arrowhead Summit Acquisitions purchased the Arrowhead SummitApartments, a 412-unit complex at 18330 N. 79th Ave. in Glendale,for $31.5 million. The sale price equates to $76,456 per unit.
The project is near the Loop 101, which loops through the WestValley, connecting up Interstates 17 and 10.
The project was sold by San Diego-based Fairfield, whichrecently built it. The Phoenix office of Hendricks & Partnersnegotiated the deal.
