Prodigy's pending relocation will leave the entire eighth andninth floors of the 851,770 sf 44 South Broadway (Westchester One)office building available for lease as of the first quarter of2001. Each floor measures 42,571 sf of space. An additional 8,400sf at the property will become vacant in the future. Insignia/ESGofficials say that the sublease runs through 2004 with an extensionavailable. In addition to the 93,550 sf of Prodigy sublease space,there is also 80,000 sf of contiguous expansion space that could beavailable, bringing the potential total occupancy to more than160,000 sf.

Insignia/ESG's Michael Siegel and Steven Greenbush wereappointed leasing agents for the Prodigy assignment. The twobrokers represented Prodigy in its 1997 relocation to 44 SouthBroadway from 445 Hamilton Ave. in White Plains. The two men alsoarranged the extension of Prodigy's 80,000-sf lease for its datacenter in Yorktown.

According to Insignia/ESG officials, resources at the Prodigydata center will remain in Yorktown and may even see someexpansion.
