A timetable and construction costs for the new headquaratersbuilding hasn't been determined. Key had originally planned a $35million, 300,000-sf campus to be used as a regional headquarters inWaterford Business Park, Rock Hill, SC. The first building in thecomplex was to have been an $18 million home for Employee BenefitsServices. But Key later cancelled those plans, saying that a newtelecommunications system allows many of its employees to work fromhome, reducing the need for office space.
