Sonneblick-Goldman Arranges $47 Mil Refinancing for Executive Campus

NEW YORK CITY-Headquartered here, Sonneblick-Goldman, an independent real estate investment banking firm, also an affiliate of Rubenstein Company, has arranged a $47 million refinancing of Plymouth Meeting Executive Campus. Sonneblick-Goldman is the exclusive advisor to the owner, Plymouth Campus Associates. The loan was made by a domestic pension fund.

The office campus is located adjacent to the Plymouth Meeting Mall, one quarter mile from the intersection of the I-276 (the Pennsylvania Turnpike) and I-476 (the Blue Route) in Plymouth, PA. There are also two hotels, a Doubletree Guest Suites and a Courtyard by Marriott, adjacent to the property.

The site consists of four class A office buildings constructed between 1985 and 1990, totaling 360,250 sf. Tenants currently leasing space in the complex include IOA Reinsurance, American Executive Centers, Stratton Management and Liberty Mutual.
