PRIOR LAKE, MN – Mystic Lake Casino recently completed a second phase expansion for its hotel, and work is going forward on a new and renovated buffet area, according to PCL Construction Services, which is doing the work. The second phase at the state’s largest casino complex in Prior Lake, MN, consisted of a second hotel tower – this one is 200 rooms and 10 stories tall – as well as a swimming pool area and conference rooms, according to PCL. Burnsville, MN-based PCL is also working on a new 460-seat buffet area, which will add about 57,000-sf to the existing buffet.
