"Broadstone Plaza has a great mix of tenants,something for everyone," O'Donnell tells GlobeSt. "We are justseeing the beginning of retail development for Folsom."

Pier 1 Imports was represented by Chris Campbell of CB RichardEllis; the Men's Wearhouse was represented by Don Krieger ofTerranomics and Opus West Corp. was represented by John Schultz andCraig Burress of CB Richard Ellis in Sacramento.
