One of the latest to join in on the building frenzy are thedevelopers of Pinnacle Corporate Centre, a three-story, 75,000-sfbuilding located on the Parkway near Mission Road.
No tenants have been signed for the building, but but interestis strong enough that the developers of the building, including KenBlock, vice president with Block & Co. Inc. are also interestedin building two morestructures nearby.
Each building would contain about 100,000 sf of space.Construction may begin as soon as spring.Cost for the threebuildings is estimated to be about $38 million.The land on whichthe buildings will sit was formerly under contract with the PaulsCorp. of Denver. The Pauls Corp. previously constructed amulti-tenant office building in Leawood that sold to MagnumResourcesof Omaha.
