The new building will consist of a single-story structure withloading capability, continuous window lines and a higher thanaverage parking ratio: 4.2 spaces per 1,000 sf. The building, seton 10.4 acres, is scheduled for completion in March 2001.

There are currently 10 speculative office buildings underconstruction in the East-West Tollway submarket. Leasing activityin this area is on a record-setting pace with net absorptionthrough third quarter topping 1.6 million sf.
