Lisle, IL – Pritchett Realty Corporation has begun construction of a 120,800-sf speculative office facility at 2400 Ogden Ave. in Lisle, IL. This is the latest entry in the fast-growing East-West Tollway office corridor in west suburban Chicago.

The new building will consist of a single-story structure with loading capability, continuous window lines and a higher than average parking ratio: 4.2 spaces per 1,000 sf. The building, set on 10.4 acres, is scheduled for completion in March 2001.
