The auction is open to the public. Michael Fox InternationalInc. is serving as auctioneer. A company representative said thatthe buildings' owners have reserved the right to not sell if nooffers are considered to be high enough, but did not specify whatwould constitute an acceptable bid.

Owners are likely to have a public auction, with little notice,when they want to sell the property quickly. The owner of these twobuildings is 1994-N2 Missouri Associates LP. No comment wasavailable from company spokespeople.

The buildings are more than 90 percent leased. Tenants includeGeneral Services Administration (GSA), Farmers Commodities Corp.and Midwest Express Corp.
