ALISO VIEJO, CA-LeadersOnline Inc. has signed afive-year lease for a 24,551-sf, two-story office building in a $2.5 million transaction. The company, a full-service Internet-based executive search firm, will occupy the new space in January 2001.

Located at 135 Columbia, the building is owned by Cornerstone Development Partners Inc. of Laguna Niguel. LeadersOnline, a subsidiary of Heidrick & Struggles International Inc., the world’s largest provider of executive-level search and consulting services, will be relocating its corporate headquarters to the new facility from its current location in Irvine.

Brokers from Grubb & Ellis’ Newport Beach officerepresented the owner, while brokers from Cushman Realty’s Irvine office represented the tenant in the transaction.
