The law firm is one of the largest tenants at the 1.7-million sfoffice tower, where gross rent is going for $19 to $20 per sf.Winstead, Sechrist & Minick has been at tenant at the class-Aproperty for 12 years, Carl Ewert, executive vice president and oneof two Staubach Co. brokers who handled the deal, told GlobeSt.com.The firm has more than 260 attorneys in offices in Dallas, Ft.Worth, Houston, Austin and Mexico City.

The 26-year-old Renaissance Tower had been renovated in 1991 andis 95% leased, according to Mike Pierre, TrizecHahn vice president.The 56-story property is one of 17 in the Toronto-basedcorporation's Texas portfolio. Staubach has represented the lawfirm in the lease renewal while a TrizecHahn in-house broker hasacted on the owner's behalf.
