The company paid about $1.25 million for the land andconstruction of the 14,400-sf. building. Patti will occupy 9,600sf, and lease out the other 4,400 sf for $14.50 psf for office useor $7.25 psf for warehouse use.

The company is a member of Automation Alley, aconglomerate of companies brought together by Oakland County toexhibit, encourage and promote the technological and industrialcapability of the county.
