Big Bowl is half owned by Dallas-based Brinker InternationalInc. It is in the process of acquiring the outstanding shares fromthe fast-growing Chicago-based Lettuce Entertain You chain.
Big Bowl will be the fourth Brinker International restaurantalong the 16th Street Mall in the CBD, which is undergoingextensive renovation by owner Chicago-based Equity Office Inc.Other Brinker operations are Maggiano's Little Italy and the CornerBakery in the Denver Pavilions retail, restaurant and entertainmentcenter and a soon-to-be-opened Chili's.
