Healthallies.com has signed a $2.2 million three-year lease foroffice space in Glendale. The dot-com company will take 26,554 sfat 450 N. Brand Blvd. The space will serve as Healthallies'relocated and expanded office headquarters.

Separately, a healthcare claims-administration firm has signed afive-year lease renewal in Pasadena in a deal valued at $1.4million. Terms of the pact give Associated Third PartyAdministrators 11,341 sf of office space at 35 N. Lake Ave.

The Glendale owner, Dorn-Platz & Co., was representedin-house. Spieker Properties, the Pasadena owner, was alsorepresented in-house. The Downtown LA office of Julien J. Studleyrepresented the tenants in both transactions.
