The Jacksonville, FL-based company had planned to develop a $200million mixed-use project. But the firm bought out its developmentpartner, Boss Properties, and has hired First Fidelity InvestmentsCorp. to market the tract. St. Joe's Advantis company will alsohelp sell the dirt.

The 18 acres are being offered as a total package or in threeseparate parcels. Two of the parcels, slated as office sites, aregoing for $9.5 million each. The third parcel, a hotel site, ispriced at $9 million. St. Joe purchased the property about twoyears ago for $18.9 million or $1.05 million per acre ($24.10 persf). UPS headquarters is at Glenlake. Cingular Wireless andCoca-Cola's Fountain group have also signed leases.
