Sonia Miro Perry, of StepStone Real Estate Services, is the newBOMA VP. Perry currently serves as board member-at-large andchairperson of the Programs and Seminars Committee.
Glenn Welch, building manager for The Chamber Building, is theorganization's new secretary. He is presently a member-at-large andco-chair of BOMA's Governmental Affairs Committee.
Board member Joseph P. Murphy, senior real estate manager for CBRichard Ellis, will serve as BOMA's treasurer for another term.
