Locally based architect Wayne Lerman, president of WMLArchitecture will design the two-story building for Northface,which develops commercial and residential properties throughout NewJersey.
"We feel there is a demand for all kinds of office space in thismarket," according to Rafael Sharon, a partner in Northface. "Andthere is demand for class A office space in particular."
Site plan approval has been obtained, and "we are discussingleasing opportunities with potential tenants," according toSharon.
