The buyer, a Washington-based trucking company, will modify thebuilding at 300 S. State College Blvd. into a full-service terminalthat can hold up to 40 trucks beginning in January.
According to the seller's brokers at Voit Commercial Brokerage'sAnaheim Metro office, the firm was attracted to the buildingbecause it had served partially as a trucking terminal in thepast.
