Roel finished renovation of Plaza 2020 at 2020 Camino del Rio inMission Valley, a project that included the remodeling of all 10floors of the 30-year-old building and the addition of a new,redesigned facade. Among the numerous upgrades are a new glazingsystem and replacement of the building's mechanical, electrical andplumbing systems.
David Blackburn of Property Systems is the developer in chargeof the project, while Russell Stout & Associates is thearchitect. Neece Commercial handled the leasing.
