The largest lease transaction was with Forever 21, a women'sclothing store chain, for 7,500 sf on the Garden level of the883,000 sf shopping center in downtown White Plains. d.e.m.o, aunisex clothing store, leased 2,500 sf on Fashion Level 2, whileCollezione, a unisex leather clothier, secured 2,500 sf as well onthe same floor and Tootsies, a footwear retailer, signed a deal for1,000 sf on Fashion Level 1.

Rounding out the lease transactions, Victoria's Secret Beauty, acosmetics and perfume retailer signed a deal for a 2,250 sf storeon Fashion Level 1; GNC Live Well has remodeled 1,600 sf on FashionLevel 1; and on the Food Court Level, Le Petit Bistro and Subwaysigned deals for 1,000 sf and 500 sf respectively.

The Galleria, located at 100 Main St., is owned and managed byGeneral Growth Properties, Inc. The company owns or manages aportfolio of 136 shopping centers in 39 states.
