The first phase of the project will include two buildingstotaling 91,000-sf. Construction on the second and third phaseswill begin sometime after phase one is complete and as tenantinterest evolves, says Walter Smyth, a CB Richard Ellis partneroverseeing the leasing and management of the project. It has notbeen decided how many square feet the subsequent phases willentail, says Smyth. "That largely depends on who moves in," hesays. So far, no tenants have signed on with the business park,although a few have shown interest. Smyth declined to say who mightbe signing leasing agreements.

Todd Sanfilippo, a first vice president at CB Richard Ellis, ismarketing the project along with CBRE colleagues Smyth and NelleThompson. Stanford Ranch already has two projects on the boardright now: a 55,000-sf office/tech building and a 14 buildingoffice plaza, both of which have been approved by the City ofRoseville and should begin construction early next year.
