Grubb & Ellis also has opened a new office on the Peninsula,with Mark Terzian Jr. appointed managing director. In addition, thebrokerage firm also recruited four additional senior vicepresidents--Nancy Morse and Burke Weismann, both from the San Joseoffice--and Jerry Igra from the San Francisco office. Erin Carewwas hired to head the firm's new Technology Services Group.
