Mixed-use Complex Sells for $24 Mil

LOS ANGELES-A Long Beach complex, containing apartment units, a movie theater and retail space, has been sold to a locally based developer.

LOS ANGELES-A Downey-based developer has purchased a mixed-use complex in Downtown Long Beach for $24 million.

The Pine Court complex contains the 142-unit Pacific Court Apartments and a 100,000-sf shopping center, anchored by a 16-screen AMC movie theater. The complex stands on Pine Avenue near Broadway.

The Torrance office of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer, Merona Enterprises Inc. The sellers, privately held Pine Square Acquisition Corp. and 254 Pacific Acquisition Corp., were also represented by the Torrance office of CB Richard Ellis.
