Trader, the publisher of nine magazines including Auto Traderand Boat Trader, will move 75 employees, sales, production anddistribution facilities to the business park at 723 134th St. SW inMarch 2001. Trader Publishing's general manager Scott Spears saysone of the reasons for the relocation from West Seattle was "a morefavorable labor pool" in the north end.
Other key tenants at Quadrant I-5 are Premera Blue Cross, ReidMiddleton, State Farm, American Cancer Society and Maple Systems.Brokers for the deal were Larry Blackett and Chris Moe of Kidder,Mathews & Segner for Quadrant, and Todd Battison of TrammellCrow for Trader Publishing.
