The contract allows US OnLine Inc., a subsidiary of USOLHoldings, to provide cable television and telephone services toWimberly Park. U.S. OnLine and Frankel have been expanding theirservices, particularly in Texas, where U.S. OnLine has added cable,telephone and high-speed Internet services to several Frankelproperties.

U.S. OnLine has service contracts in seven markets nationallyincluding Austin, Dallas-Ft. Worth, Denver, Houston, Portland, SanAntonio and Washington, D.C.
