When completed, the project will house warehouse, showroom andoffice space. Currently, 750,000 sf are under renovation at NW107th Ave. and NW 25th St. in west Miami-Dade County. The newconstruction is designed to withstand extreme hurricane-force windloads.
Prior to joining Codina Group, San Miguel participated in morethan $3 billion of Ernst & Young merger and acquistiontransactions, primarily in telecommunications and real estate. Heis a CPA with a degree in accounting and finance from FordhamUniversity.
