Corporate headquarters will be in the Renner Ridge CorporateCenter in Lenexa. Renner Ridge Corporate Center is a 60-acrebusiness park development. CommunityAmerica is the second buildingfor the business park. "Our services will allow CommunityAmerica tobuild and open a new headquarters and several branch locationssimultaneously," notes Steve Coon, VP of CTMT's Development andConstruction Services Division. "They can also focus on theirbusiness while we provide site selection, construction oversightand even interior design and furnishing of each facility."

CTMT is also currently managing the construction and developmentof a 115,000-sf office/warehoue distribution center for InlandIndustries in Johnson County, KS.
