The development is located just south of the Lake Austin Bridgeon Loop 360 and Westlake Drive. The buildings will range from twoto five stories. Parking garages have been built into the rollinghillside and positioned below the first floor to give the greatestviews of the surrounding landscape, says Sam Houston, divisionproject partner with Hill Partners of Austin.

"It's the largest office park on Loop 360, which will allow ourtenants to grow," Houston tells GlobeSt.com. L.A. Fuess PartnersEngineers of Dallas, the structural engineering firm for theproject, is in the midst of completing final designs. The architectis BOKA Powell Architects of Dallas; Faulkner Construction is thecontractor.

The project's first phase--set to begin in late December orearly January--will include three buildings of up to 160,000 sf,according to Houston. The initial phase is scheduled for completionby third quarter 2001. The company is currently pre-leasingspace.
