Cognitive Arts, with offices in Chicago, New York and Boston, isa commercial spin-off of Northwestern University's Institute forthe Learning Sciences. Clients include Fortune 500 companies, BigFive consulting firms and major universities, including Columbiaand Harvard.
In addition to the Cognitive Arts lease, MGA recently signed a16,000-sf lease with the Technology Innovation Center. The researchpark, a joint venture of the university and the city, was createdin 1987 to increase Evanston's technology base, assist in thetransfer of technology from the university to the commercialmarketplace and provide synergy between private companies and theuniversity.
