TROY – NAI/Farbman has co-brokered a deal involving Conde Nast’s Publications’ move into office space at the Standard Federal Financial Center in Troy, according to Ron Goldstone, SVP of Farbman Brokerage Group of Southfield.

Conde Naste, publisher of 17 magazines, including Vanity Fair, GQ, Vogue and Architectural Digest, will relocate its regional sales and marketing offices, as well as its Internet division, Condenet, to the new Troy location, next to the Somerset Collection on Big Beaver Road.

The move, only about a mile or so from the company’s current location, is expected to take place by mid-December. Class A space in Troy is going for about $25 psf. The building’s granite lobby, large conference rooms, full-service dining area and high-tech communication capabilities were contributors to the deal, said company officials. The deal was co-brokered by the Lutz Co.
