Conde Naste, publisher of 17 magazines, including Vanity Fair,GQ, Vogue and Architectural Digest, will relocate its regionalsales and marketing offices, as well as its Internet division,Condenet, to the new Troy location, next to the Somerset Collectionon Big Beaver Road.

The move, only about a mile or so from the company's currentlocation, is expected to take place by mid-December. Class A spacein Troy is going for about $25 psf. The building's granite lobby,large conference rooms, full-service dining area and high-techcommunication capabilities were contributors to the deal, saidcompany officials. The deal was co-brokered by the Lutz Co.
