Haverford Capital specializes in equity and mezzanine financing.Though company officials won't disclose complete terms of the dealwith LA-based Maguire Partners, it says the new financing packageis for more than $9 million.

Maguire Partners began building the complex, at 1733 Ocean Ave.,on a speculative basis in October. The four-story, 91,000-sfproject is expected to be completed by next November.
