Germano is the executive director of Insignia's Tysons Corner,VA offices. With 12 years' management and commercial real estateexperience, he will direct a staff of more than 24 brokers. Ward isa new sales associate, Donato a senior financial analyst and Kelleya financial analyst to the Capital Advisors Group in the firm'sWashington, DC office.

Germano is the former regional manager of Jones Lang LaSalle DCregion. Under his management, the firm's portfolio grew 20% and theregion executed over 1.5 million sf of leasing transactions.

Ward has experience in both the multifamily and office markets.Her new role will focus on investment sales. Until recently, shewas an investment sales associate with Julien J. Studley, Inc.
