ENCINITAS, Calif.-A local investment company has purchased The Lumberyard Shopping Center for $11.4 million.

The shopping center, on South Pacific Coast Highway, is a 79,550-sf specialty retail center that is nearly fully leased to such tenants as Starbucks, Le Peep restaurant and Sakura Bana Sushi. Lumberyard Retail Investments LLC, a division of Capstone Advisors, sold the property.

Pete Bethea and Rick Puttkammer of Burnham Retail Group, a division of Burnham Real Estate Services, represented the seller. Daniel Delaney and Fred Hakaha with Cornerstone Property Management represented thebuyer.
