The firm, which has 6,300 branches nationwide and five millioncustomers, will build a 130,000-sq data/office center on a10.8-acre parcel.

The deal involves a ground lease valued at $3 million andconstruction of the $18-million building, bringing the total dealvalue to $21 million. Ryan Construction is the contractor, andArcturis of St. Louis is the architect.

The building is the first of a three-phase complex the companyplans to build there. Edward Jones has a lease option on another8-acre parcel, where it plans to build an additional 250,000 sf ofoffice space over the next five to 10 years.
