The nine-building, 228,381-sf center on 14 acres is the firstprivate property in Vista to have fiber optic capability. It hasexperienced a surge of leasing activity since construction wascompleted earlier this year, according to developers.
Business Real Estate Brokerage Co. represented the owners of theproject, REEFF/Judd Partners, in the lease deals. The largesttenant of the project in the 1400-block of Poinsettia Avenue,Mobile Telesys, will occupy a 12,597-sf building, using the spacefor office, warehouse and storage.
Other recently signed tenants include ALPRO Millworking Inc.,Molly Maid of Coastal North County, Pacific Titanium, OEM Medical,Pulsion Medical, TD Tile, NKO Electronics Inc., An der Spitze, TheApollo Project Inc. and Strictly Flooring.
