The Gateway Center business park, located off Highway 101 justeight miles south of downtown San Francisco, is considered theclosest Class-A office park near the San Francisco InternationalAirport. The first new building, to be located at 611 GatewayBlvd., will be 11-stories and 250,000-sf. The second building, at681 Gateway Blvd., will total four floors and 125,000-sf. Eachbuilding, designed by architect firm HOK, will feature seamless,glass facades that will fold back at acute angles to create adramatic, multi-faceted profile. Both also will have cantileveredglass and steel canopies, as well as lobby areas adorned withpolished stone floors and wood paneling.
