The first property will consist of over 100,000 sf and over 700storage spaces in north suburban Libertyville in Northwind BusinessCenter, Route 45 and Peterson Road. The second project, located insouthwest suburban Joliet near the intersection of Essington andCaton Farm roads next to the West River Crossings Shopping Center,will consist of over 75,000 sf and over 600 storage units.

Each facility is scheduled to open by mid-summer 2001. RayFlores, project manager, Bob Murnick, superintendent, and RogerWolden, superintendent, will manage and supervise the projects forPrinciple. Victor Benedetto of Benedetto & Associates isarchitect.

Each climate-controlled building will include high-tech securityalarms, high-definition video surveillance and computer-controlledgate access systems.
