Located on a 12-acre site, the concrete tilt-up structure willinclude 30,000 sf of office space, as well as a manufacturing plantand warehouse facility with state-of-the-art mechanical andelectronic systems.

The landscape plan features a park-like environment with afootbridge and a small creek, flanked by large natural stones atthe building's entrance. Completion of the $7-million facility isscheduled for March 2001.

The firm's global headquarters is in Japan, but this new complexwill be its primary foreign manufacturing facility forenvironmentally friendly, water-based, acrylic-carton-sealing andlabel-over-lamination tape. Holger Chen, VP of manufacturing forSekisui TA says the company expects to secure a significant shareof the market within the United States.
