Griffin said that the process of studying whether a sale of theproperty is the best course of action has just begun. "While thereis a strong chance that it will happen, no final decision (on asale) has been made," he notes.

He says that the building is fully leased and is occupied bysuch firms as Fidelity Investment, FleetBoston and State StreetBank. Griffin adds that the brokerage firm has not held anydiscussions with any prospective buyers to date and that no suchmeetings were likely until a decision is made on whether to put theproperty on the market.
