NAPERVILLE, IL -FCL Builders Inc. has completed a 400,000-sfspeculative warehouse (with a 20,000-sf of office included in thetotal) in Naperville. The building, at 2275 Diehl Rd., features30-foot clear ceilings, 40 exterior truck docks, 38 hose racks andan ESFR sprinkler system. Harris Architects Inc. designed thebuilding and Jeanne Rogers of Arthur J. Rogers & Co. is themarketing agent.
Separately, FCL has completed a major renovation for the PitmanCo. in Itasca. The newly renovated building, 70,500 sf at 225Spring Lake Dr., will serve as Pittman's Midwest RegionalDistribution Center. Pittman, headquartered in Totowa, NJ, is oneof the country's leading graphic arts suppliers, offering digitalimaging services, standard prepress and pressroom products, andother products for the newspaper and packaging industry.
