UCS, a provider of a full range of legal services tocorporations and law firms in the United States and Puerto Rico,will continue to occupy its fifth floor space for an additional10-year term, W&M reports. The property is a 220,000-sf,12-story office building located nearby the White PlainsTransportation Center. W&M Properties represented the buildingowner, while the UCS represented itself in the leasenegotiations.
"W&M made the decision to renew our lease at Ten Bank St. asimple one," says Michael A. Barr, president of United CorporateServices. "Company executives were genuinely interested in keepingus in the building and worked with us to make it happen."
