Fridlington will oversee the day-to-day operations of theassociation, which represents 15,5000 residential and commercialbrokers statewide in 16 local realtor associations.
A certified association executive who holds a law degree fromthe University of Notre Dame, Fridlington held five positions withthe California Association of Realtors since 1978. Most recently,he served as vice president of the CAR executive department from1998 to 2000, where he was responsible for managing key leadershipgroups and directing program outreach and services to 123 localrealtor associations. In his 22 years with the organization,Fridlington served 10 years in its Legal Department, including fiveyears as senior legal counsel, and was a vice president of localassociation services for nearly three years.
