NTCAR Forges Alliance With RealtyIQ

DALLAS-North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors’ 1,600 members now have preferred status to access RealtyIQ’s database.

The signing comes on the heels of RealtyIQ forging alliances with the TriState Commercial & Industrial Association of Realtors serving New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware; the Northern California Commercial Association of Realtors; Commercial Realtor Association of Greater Miami & The Beaches; and National Network of Commercial Real Estate Women.

RealtyIQ provides real estate data, tools and content to vital cross-sections of the commercial real estate industry, including brokers, property managers, developers and owners plus affiliates such as title companies, bankers and consultants. The New York City-based Realty IQ also has pacts pending with other commercial realtors groups in the nation. RealtyIQ, which launched in March 2000, has a database encompassing 225,000 office and industrial properties in 52 US markets.
